How Agazie Robotics Ltd handles personal information from this website, for people and businesses anywhere.
Who is responsible
The controller is Agazie Robotics Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company no. 17482306, London. Email contact@agazierobotics.com. We have not published a street address here. The registered office will be added when it is confirmed.
What we collect
If you write to us, we collect what you send: name, email, organisation, phone if you give it, and the message. If you subscribe on the pricing page, we also receive the business name and billing address you type into our form, and the result of the payment. Revolut processes the card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Revolut Pay payment. We do not receive or store your card number. Revolut’s own notice covers the payment data they process.
The research camera demo runs in your browser. Face embeddings it creates stay in local storage on that device. They are not uploaded to us.
Why we use it, and the lawful basis
- To answer an enquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding, or because you asked us to take steps before a contract.
- To provide a subscription you asked for, and to keep the records a business must keep, on the basis of contract and legal obligation.
- We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as we need them to correspond with you, then deleted or reduced to the minimum. Subscription and invoice records are kept for as long as UK tax and company law require.
Where it goes
We work with customers worldwide. Email and the enquiry form are handled by our mail and form providers. Payments are handled by Revolut. If personal information is processed outside the United Kingdom, we use a provider that offers an appropriate safeguard, such as the UK extension to the EU standard contractual clauses, or we rely on a transfer that UK law allows.
Cookies
The marketing pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The Revolut checkout may set cookies that the payment needs, and only while you are paying. The face demo uses local storage on your device, which you can clear with “Forget me” or your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your personal information, a correction, deletion, a restriction, or a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. Email contact@agazierobotics.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
