A quiet base
A small drive meant to move on a desktop without sounding like a workshop. Downward sensors are part of the design so the base can stop at an edge. That is a goal, not a promise that it cannot fall.

Tabletop torso · In development
A torso for a desk, not a walking humanoid. The design is a quiet base, a neck that can turn toward a person, simple arms, and software that can see and talk. We are building it. It is not on sale, and we are not quoting reflex times.
What we are designing
These are design intentions. They are not measured results from a finished machine.
01
A small drive meant to move on a desktop without sounding like a workshop. Downward sensors are part of the design so the base can stop at an edge. That is a goal, not a promise that it cannot fall.
02
A pan-and-tilt neck so the machine can look toward someone at the desk, and arms on a modular joint we are developing. Range and smoothness will be known when the hardware is tested.
03
Fast loops are meant to stay on the robot. Conversation and heavier models can run nearby or in the cloud. The split is the architecture we are building toward.
Perception
The perception loop is the part we can already show in the browser. The body around it is still being engineered. A live face demo sits on the research page. Settings for the machine, including when a low battery should send it to dock, live in DeskOS.
